We are currently looking for a freelance Production Manager - Mexico.

Your tasks:

• Disciplinary and professional management of the production areas and member of the local management team

• Optimize all production processes and increase efficiency

• Ensuring efficient, timely and quality-oriented production

• Immediate initiation of remedial measures in the absence of target values

• Creation and use of key figures to control the processes while respecting applicable regulations

• Leadership and continuous training of the employees within the scope of the tasks and objectives

Your profile:

• Completed degree in engineering or similar

• Technician training in the field of mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, automation engineering or a comparable qualification

• Several years of professional experience in a comparable leadership position in the automotive sector

• Very good knowledge of English
